What kind of blending do you do?
Georgia Spice Company does custom blending of dry food ingredients. We can blend any ingredient used in the savory, snack, bakery, nutritional or beverage industries.

What are your minimums?
Our minimum order is 1000 lbs. We can do a one time smaller order for test runs in plants. If you require smaller orders consistently, we can produce them but there is an up charge.

Can you help me develop a new idea?
Yes, we have an excellent Research and Development team that can help you develop any flavor profile that you are looking for.

Can you match a formula or recipe that I have?
Yes, our Research and Development team can match an existing formula, whether you have the ingredient list or not.

How do you package items?
Most of our products are bulk packaging of 25 or 50 pound units and palletized. We also offer smaller batch packaging. We have a relationship with GSC Packaging which enables us to provide flexible packaging options for the retail and foodservice markets.

Where do you ship from?
Our plant is located in Atlanta and all products ship from there.

What kind of products do you blend?
We blend savory, nutritional, beverages, sweet, and bakery items.

I am concerned about cross contamination. How do you manage that?
Georgia Spice Company follows stringent GMP’s and HAACP procedures through our Quality Control department. We are very cautious when working with items that can pick up odors from other ingredients. We produce everything from sweet, bakery mixes to savory products to nutriceuticals.

Can I observe my product being blended?
We welcome our customers in our plant at any time.

Are you Kosher certified?
We are OU certified and can provide a Rabbi on site on request.

Do you have third party audits?
We are AIB certified and have earned Superior ratings ten successive years.
